A succulent bone-in, forerib of beef offered through our partners at Oaktrack Farm. Beef from locally reared Shorthorn or Belted Galloway cattle is famous for its tenderness and marbling, imparting great flavour - particularly when cooked on the bone.
A two-rib joint (c.2.5kg) is enough to feed 4, while a three-rib joint (c.3.5kg) will easily serve 6 people with plenty of leftovers.
Don't forget to leave room on the plate for horseradish sauce, onion gravy and Yorkshire puddings!
