Duck eggs are larger and have more flavour than hen's eggs with a beautiful pale blue shell and a rounder, deep orange yolk.
Duck eggs are great for baking, scrambling, boiling, frying and making omelettes or French toast.
Our personal favourite is poached duck egg served on fresh English asparagus - seasoned, buttered and mouthwatering.
