No added sugar, salt, oil, palm fat or anything else!
We don’t add salt to any of our nut or seed butters, easier to add it than to take it away! If you prefer a touch of salt simply sprinkle a bit into your jar then stir it through. One exception is our wonderful new organic Smokey Chilli Peanut Butter which we make using a touch of natural sea-salt.
We are very careful to avoid any risk of cross contamination. However, as we also process sesame, mustard, and nuts, traces may be present.
You can’t beat peanut butter on toast, (with or without the jam, is adding sliced banana as well a step too far!?)
Our organic Peanut Butter is fabulous for making satay sauce, blend a few spoonfuls of peanut butter with some stock, (we use the fantastic Marigold Vegetable Bouillon), some coconut milk if you like, and some garlic and black pepper. Use as a sauce for vegetables, chicken or fish.
