The Local Zero team are very excited to announce that our new refill shop in Weyhill is now open. Filled with a wide range of sustainable and zero waste products, our bricks-and-mortar store is the perfect destination for those who may prefer to browse and shop in person. Expect a warm welcome from our Local Zero team, who will be happy to guide you through the refill shopping process and answer any questions. 

Shopping sustainably feels so good. By bringing your own containers along, and buying just the quantities you need, you can reduce waste and do a little bit more for the future of our planet. We also work with a fantastic array of local suppliers to reduce food miles and celebrate the very best that Hampshire has to offer.

You will find our shop in the historic Weyhill Fairground Craft Centre, which boasts free parking and is just a five-minute drive from Andover. As well as an array of local businesses, including craft shops, local artists and wellbeing services, there is a lovely café too. It’s a great place to visit - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Circular Local Economy

The new shop complements our online sustainable shopping and delivery service which has been growing steadily since its launch last year. By combining refill shopping with a unique range of products from local producers and retailers, we help support small local businesses, cut out waste and reduce our impact on the environment. We re-use containers hundreds of times – and what we can’t re-use, we recycle.

At the shop, you can bring your own containers and fill them with as much or as little as you want, weigh them and pay. Quick, easy and great value! We have an even wider range of products available from sustainable, local producers such as Oaktrack Smallholding (Charlton), Kirk House Honey (Clatford), The New Forest Tea Company (Brockenhurst) and Enjoy! Chocolates (Andover). We also aim to showcase local crafts and support the growing creative community at the Fairground Craft Centre.

Feed your family for a fiver

The rising cost of living is a challenge that we all face. But there are ways to save money and still enjoy delicious and nutritious meals. As part of the launch of our refill store, we are introducing new recipe packs that can feed a family of 4 for just £5. Our recipes are nutritionally balanced, sustainably sourced and plastic free, so you can be sure you're doing your bit for the environment as well as your wallet.

When you shop in our store, you bring your own containers and serve yourself so, in return, we commit to keeping our shop prices at least 10% below our online delivery service. And if you do stop by without containers, we have a range of re-usable pots, tubs and bottles for sale at great value prices.

Weyhill Launch Event

Saturday 8^th October

To celebrate the opening of our new refill shop, we are hosting a launch event on Saturday the 8th of October. Join us for a fun-filled family event where you can enjoy delicious refreshments, sample free tasters, and learn how you can feed a family of 4 for £5 in our food tent! Make a flower corsage with local business Featherstone Flowers, (a child-friendly activity), and stock up on refills – don’t forget your containers!
